Terms of:

- The document presented for signature legalization must not be contrary to good morals and not undermine public order.
- It must be written in Arabic or in a language commonly used by the administration.
- The applicant for service must meet the legal requirements of the legal capacity to sign.
- The applicant must submit an official document proving his identity CIN or Passport .
- The applicant must personally appear and sign before the agent
